Position: Junior Architect
Location: Porur, Chennai

About the Role
CRR Enterprises is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our architecture and interior design team. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and the project team on residential and interior projects, from design development through documentation and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings and construction details as per project requirements.
- Assist in 3D modelling, facade development and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and interior requirements.
- Assist with site measurements, site visits and execution coordination.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants when required.
- Review site work and ensure execution follows the approved drawings and design intent.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications and documentation.
Requirements
- B.Arch / equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in architecture/interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop or similar software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction details and materials.
- Strong drawing, visualization and communication skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites and coordinate with the execution team.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
