job summary :
Senchola Technology Solutions is looking for a confident and fluent Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, scheduling demos, and supporting our sales & support teams for our IT services and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling: Call prospects from database and introduce Senchola Technology Solutions services
- Lead Qualification: Understand client requirements and qualify leads for the sales team
- Product Pitch: Explain our IT solutions, software products, and services clearly over phone
- Follow-ups: Schedule calls, demos, and meetings for Business Development Executives
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and lead status in Excel
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls, address basic queries, and route to concerned team
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
