Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our company on a part-time, hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing engaging and high-quality video content for marketing, product promotion, and social media platforms.
This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about storytelling, visual content creation, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into polished, professional content
- Create marketing videos, product demos, reels, and social media content
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, motion graphics, and audio enhancements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content
- Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines
- Suggest creative ideas to improve video engagement and quality
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and composition
- Knowledge of social media video formats and trends
- Basic motion graphics and text animation skills
- Good attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
- Familiarity with AI-based video editing tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and branding
Work Arrangement
