Jaagruk Bharat is hiring a Team Leader with BPO industry experience and a startup-driven mindset to manage support and sales operations. The candidate will handle team management, lead handling, calling, chat support processes, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Manage support and sales team operations
- Handle new leads, calls, and chat processes
- Monitor team productivity and target achievement
- Ensure timely customer follow-ups and issue resolution
- Maintain daily reports and operational coordination
- Train and guide team members for better performance
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of BPO/team handling experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in customer support and sales processes
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must have own PC/Laptop and stable internet connection for remote working
