Job Summary:
We are seeking a B2B Dispatch Executive to manage and execute dispatch operations for bulk orders to business clients. This role involves overseeing logistics, optimizing delivery schedules, managing returns, and ensuring accurate and timely,order processing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute efficient B2B dispatch operations.
- Manage inbound and outbound product flow for B2B clients.
- Process orders and dispatches accurately using logistics software.
- Ensure on-time deliveries and maintain a high standard of order accuracy.
- Plan optimal delivery routes to improve time and cost efficiency.
- Maintain cost-effective logistics strategies for bulk shipments.
- Oversee the end-to-end outbound process for B2B orders.
- Create and manage trip schedules and dispatch timelines.
- Handle billing, packing, and documentation for bulk orders.
- Manage returns and reverse logistics (RTO) in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor dispatch performance and conduct routine process reviews.
- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow.
Requirement:
- Preferred Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in E-commerce, E-commerce Purchase Operations (PO), or B2B procurement will be preferred. Experience in Quick Commerce will be an added advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in B2B dispatch or logistics operations (3–4 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of dispatch procedures, bulk order management, and logistics documentation.
- Proficient in order management systems and basic ERP/logistics platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
