Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain service quality.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive problem resolution.
- Good communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with system performance tuning and optimization techniques.
