Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development activities across Pan India locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Corporate, and Business positions from junior to senior levels.
- Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Internal References, Consultants, and Social Media.
- Manage salary negotiations, niche hiring, recruitment planning, and closure within timelines.
- Conduct onboarding, induction, probation, and confirmation processes.
- Manage Learning & Development programs and employee engagement activities.
- Handle PMS cycle including appraisals, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Process exit formalities, Full & Final settlements, and employee documentation.
- Monitor attrition trends and implement retention initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Strong recruitment and HR operations knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in PMS, L&D, and employee engagement
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
