Kitchen Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities * Supervise the daily operations of the kitchen * Monitor food preparation and ensure quality, taste, are maintained. * Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate work efficiently. * Maintain store inventory and cleanliness * Inspect the quality and freshness of ingredients before use. * Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained. * Coordinate with the procurement and store teams for timely availability of ingredients. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, storage areas, and workstations. *
Pay: ₹12,106.07 - ₹18,000.00 per month
