RIO Child Development Center (RIO CDC) is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center dedicated to empowering children with developmental, behavioural, sensory, communication, and learning challenges. We provide evidence-based, family-centered interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy, Speech & Language Disorders, Learning Difficulties, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
At RIO CDC, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team of 10+ therapists, working across 2 branches and supporting 40+ children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, speech and language disorders, and other pediatric needs. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and their families.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssessment & Evaluation
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children.
- Assess sensory processing, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual-motor integration, balance, coordination, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), handwriting, play skills, and functional performance.
- Develop individualized therapy goals based on assessment findings.
Therapy & Intervention
- Plan and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy sessions.
- Implement sensory integration, fine motor, visual perception, motor planning, handwriting, ADL, and play-based interventions.
- Support children with Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Learning Difficulties, and other developmental conditions.
- Provide home programs and educate parents on strategies to improve participation and carryover.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Physiotherapists, Special Educators, Child Psychologists, and families to provide holistic intervention.
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress reports, and clinical records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, parent consultations, and clinical review meetings.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) – Mandatory
- Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) – Preferred
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of pediatric experience are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic knowledge of sensory integration and pediatric occupational therapy is an advantage.
Languages
- English – Mandatory
- Telugu and/or Hindi – Preferred
