We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Machine Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring accurate cutting, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor CNC laser cutting machines.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
* Set up materials and machine parameters for cutting operations.
* Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
* Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
* Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults.
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
* Meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Experience in CNC laser machine operation preferred.
* Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
* Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and quality control.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
Salary: Based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
