Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, channel partners, and visitors.
- call to channel partners
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments for clients, channel partners, and the sales team.
- Provide information about company projects, pricing, and offers.
- Maintain customer and channel partner databases.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams for lead management and customer support.
- Assist in organizing channel partner meets, client events, and project launches.
- Ensure a positive experience for all clients and channel partners from arrival to departure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Real Estate.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
