ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Our consultants identify AI opportunities and own the client relationship. You own everything that makes those opportunities real - the requirements, the design inputs, the project plan, and the follow-through. You will run 5to 6 active client engagements in parallel, work directly with client stakeholders, and use AI tools (including Claude) as your primary operating system. This is not a support role. It is an execution role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Lead structured user story conversations with client stakeholders (operations, IT, and floor teams) to surface the real requirement behind the stated one
2. Map data flows end to end : what exists, where it lives, what's missing, what needs to move
3. Translate requirements into clear UI inputs and system design inputs for the build team with wireframe-level clarity without being a designer
4. Own the project plan for each engagement - scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, risk flags
5. Coordinate with client-side stakeholders across IT, operations, and leadership for on-time delivery
6. Track milestones and deliverables across 5 to 6 parallel engagements; escalate blockers proactively
7. Prepare structured status updates and client-facing documentation
8. Use Claude and AI-native tools as your primary workflow
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Must have:
1. 3+ years in BA, project coordination, or IT consulting
2. Proven ability to run user story and requirement sessions with non-technical stakeholders
3. Experience mapping data flows and producing system or UI design inputs
4. Structured thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear, actionable steps
5. Strong written communication: specs, status updates, documentation
6. Comfortable running stakeholder conversations independently
7. Curious about AI, willing to learn fast and work AI-first
Good to have:
1. Exposure to manufacturing operations or supply chain
2. Experience writing functional specs or BRDs Prior work in a consulting or implementation firm
3. Hands-on experience with any LLM or AI workflow tool
HOW WE WORK:
We use Claude as our primary operating system for research, documentation, analysis, and coordination. You will be trained on our AI-first workflow from day one. If you are uncomfortable working with AI tools daily, this role is not the right fit.
COMPENSATION:
Rs. 40,000/month fixed.
Post-probation: a percentage of the project retainer, determined by client-rated performance on your engagements.
GROWTH PATH:
This is a BA and project coordination career track. You will grow into a Senior BA and Project Lead role as you build depth across manufacturing AI engagements owning larger, more complex project portfolios over time.
LOCATION:
Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. WFO. This role requires physical presence for team collaboration and client coordination.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
