Hiring: Designer Associate (Interior Design & Sales)
Rubain Technologies is hiring Designer Associates for one of our leading clients in the Interior Design, Home Décor, Paints & Coatings, Retail, Furniture, Furnishing, Home Improvement, Construction Materials, Building Materials, and Interior Solutions Industry.
Locations: NCR (East Delhi/Jagatpuri)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced (1+ Year Preferred)
CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹5 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional interior design consultation to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable colour, décor, furnishing, and home styling solutions.
- Create design concepts using design software and technology.
- Prepare design estimates as per store guidelines.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and store teams for project execution.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the design journey.
- Maintain daily reports and documentation.
- Ensure grooming, store standards, and teamwork are maintained.
- Support retail store operations and achieve sales objectives.
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive design-led sales.
Eligibility
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Creative Field, or any Graduate with a Diploma in Interior Designing.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of Interior Design Software, Space Planning, and Colour Consultation is preferred.
- Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
