We We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially focused Finance Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting Australian business operations. This position offers excellent exposure to Australian finance and business operations, client interactions, strategic decision-making, and end-to-end business management.
As a Finance Executive, you will work closely with top management, clients, and key stakeholders to manage financial performance, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting
- Monitor company financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients while ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a key point of contact for Australian clients regarding financial and business matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
- Coordinate with clients on invoicing, collections, payroll matters, and financial reporting requirements.
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee employee entitlements, superannuation, payroll tax, and statutory obligations.
- Ensure timely lodgement of financial and payroll-related compliance requirements.
Business & Strategic Involvement
- Provide financial analysis to support pricing, and operational decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased profitability.
- Participate in board, management, and client discussions related to business growth and performance.
Qualifications
- Qualification:-Qualified MBA (Finance), BBA (Finance),M.Com & B.com
- Knowledge and skills:- 0-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or business operations.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills & Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in accounting software, MS Office and Excel.
