Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - HR who will be responsible for executing end-to-end payroll processing, managing workforce attendance inputs, and enforcing robust statutory compliance across corporate and multi-site project operations. This role serves as a key operational anchor, managing the full employee lifecycle, administering HRMS platforms, and translating workforce data into actionable monthly HR MIS dashboards.

Key Responsibilites:
Payroll Management & Salary Operations
- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing and validation to ensure absolute processing accuracy.
- Manage complex monthly salary inputs including attendance, leave records, Loss of Pay (LOP), overtime, incentives, deductions, and recoveries.
- Oversee the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process for exiting employees and coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursements.
HR Compliance & Audit Management
- Ensure full statutory compliance adherence across the corporate office and various project sites.
- Maintain absolute fidelity in regulatory compliance trackers, statutory records, and essential documentation.
- Proactively support labor compliance audits and official inspections, facilitating seamless regulatory reviews.
- Ensure timely renewal and strategic maintenance of all compliance-related records.
HRMS Ownership & Data Management
- Manage core HRMS modules including attendance, leave, employee master records, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Maintain strict data accuracy and system discipline across all corporate data repositories.
- Coordinate closely with HRMS vendors for rapid troubleshooting of system-related issues and implementation of system upgrades.
- Generate and analyze system reports to measure operations health and system usage metrics.
HR MIS, Compensation & Lifecycle Operations
- Prepare comprehensive monthly HR MIS dashboards, headcount metrics, attrition analytics, and manpower status trackers.
- Support senior leadership (AGM HR) in management presentations, annual budget preparations, and manpower cost planning exercises.
- Design strategic salary structures, calculate CTC formulas, perform benchmarking analysis, and lead candidate negotiations.
- Monitor the entire lifecycle management from joining documentation, employee records, transfers, promotions, to exit workflows.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
