Job Summary:
The Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at Eternelle Aesthetics Hospital. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling patient queries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records in healthcare software, and ensuring excellent customer service in alignment with hospital standards.
will need a Charming face with good English/communication skills for a receptionist post for a premium aesthetic clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using hospital healthcare management software.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately in the system.
- Manage billing, receipts, and daily cash transactions.
- Maintain accounting records, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist with payroll and petty cash management.
- Guide patients to appropriate departments, doctors, or service areas.
- Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policies.
- Handle front desk documentation, reports, and daily MIS using healthcare software.
- Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
- Education:B.Com or equivalent qualification(preferably in hospitality, administration, or healthcare management).
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist/front office executive, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with healthcare/hospital management software (e.g., HIS, EMR, ERP systems).
- Proficiency in Tally & MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Patient-friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude.
- Other: Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
