Job Description:
The Career Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in exploring career options, developing career plans, and making informed decisions about their future. They will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a comprehensive career development program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
- Develop and implement career development programs and workshops
- Conduct career assessments and interest inventories
- Assist students with college and career planning
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate career education into the curriculum
- Maintain records of student career plans and progressStay updated on career trends and labor market information
Requirements:
Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or related fieldCertification in Career Counseling (CCC) or equivalent2+ years of experience in career counseling or related field

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
