We are looking for an experienced Link Building Outreach Expert who can plan, execute, and manage high-quality link-building campaigns for a leading digital marketing company and an SEO SaaS product.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outreach, guest posting, blogger collaboration, niche edits, content partnerships, and authority-based backlink acquisition. Candidates who have worked in the SEO agency, digital marketing, SaaS, or SEO tools industry will be highly preferred.
This role requires strong communication skills, research ability, negotiation skills, and a clear understanding of how quality backlinks impact organic visibility, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
Key Responsibilities
1. Link Building Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute monthly link-building campaigns based on SEO goals.
- Identify high-quality websites, blogs, publishers, directories, and niche-relevant platforms for backlink opportunities.
- Build backlinks through guest posting, blogger outreach, content collaboration, link insertions, resource page outreach, broken link building, and other white-hat methods.
- Ensure backlinks are relevant, high-quality, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Avoid spammy, low-quality, PBN, or irrelevant link-building practices.
2. Outreach & Relationship Building
- Research and create a database of relevant website owners, bloggers, editors, journalists, and publishers.
- Write personalised outreach emails for guest posts, link insertions, content partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
- Follow up professionally to improve response and conversion rates.
- Negotiate link placement terms, content requirements, timelines, and pricing where applicable.
- Build long-term relationships with publishers and niche website owners.
3. Prospect Research & Website Quality Evaluation
- Analyse websites before outreach using metrics such as:
- Domain Authority / Domain Rating
- Organic traffic
- Spam score
- Niche relevance
- Content quality
- Indexing status
- Link profile quality
- Identify websites suitable for SEO, digital marketing, SaaS, business, technology, and related niches.
- Maintain a clean and updated outreach prospect database.
4. Content Coordination
- Coordinate with content writers for guest post topics, article briefs, anchor text placement, and publishing requirements.
- Suggest relevant topics based on target website niche and SEO goals.
- Ensure anchor text usage is natural, diverse, and SEO-safe.
- Review content before submission to ensure it meets publisher guidelines and link-building objectives.
5. Backlink Monitoring & Reporting
- Track all outreach activities, communication status, published links, and pending placements.
- Maintain detailed reports of:
- Websites contacted
- Responses received
- Links acquired
- Anchor texts used
- Target URLs
- Publishing dates
- Link type: dofollow/nofollow/sponsored/UGC
- Monitor live backlinks regularly and report lost, removed, or changed links.
- Share weekly and monthly link-building performance reports.
6. Competitor Backlink Analysis
- Analyse competitor backlink profiles to identify link-building opportunities.
- Find relevant domains where competitors have acquired links.
- Replicate quality backlink opportunities where suitable.
- Suggest new outreach angles based on competitor research.
7. SEO Collaboration
- Work closely with the SEO team to align link-building campaigns with keyword ranking goals.
- Understand target pages, anchor text strategy, and priority keywords.
- Support off-page SEO campaigns for service pages, blog pages, product pages, and landing pages.
- Having knowledge of On-page SEO will be considered a strong plus.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in link building, blogger outreach, guest posting, or off-page SEO.
- Strong understanding of white-hat link-building techniques.
- Experience in SEO agency, digital marketing, SaaS, SEO tools, or similar niches preferred.
- Good knowledge of backlink quality metrics and website evaluation.
- Strong email communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write clear, personalised, and professional outreach emails.
- Experience with backlink research and outreach tools.
- Understanding of anchor text strategy and safe link-building practices.
- Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns at the same time.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and content marketing.

Candidate Profile

- Can negotiate placements professionally.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
