Responsibilities:
- Guide and support students in their academic development and goal setting.
- Monitor student progress and provide appropriate academic counseling.
- Assist in curriculum planning and implementation.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school management regarding student performance.
- Organize academic enrichment programs, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Maintain academic records and prepare reports as required.
- Support the school in achieving academic excellence and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in teaching and/or academic administration.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
