About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales. Candidates with prior D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sales experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Prior telesales/customer support experience is preferred.
- D2C sales experience will be an added advantage.

- Ability to handle high-volume calling efficiently.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
