About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & LinkedIn Growth Executive who can help build our brand presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design instincts, excellent content creation skills, and experience with LinkedIn outreach and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other social platforms.
· Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate leads, partnerships, and increase brand visibility.
· Grow followers and engagement organically across all social media channels.
· Design high-quality post creatives, carousels, infographics, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.
· Edit and publish videos for YouTube and social media platforms.
· Create compelling captions, hooks, and content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
· Track content performance and optimize strategy using analytics and insights.
· Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Required Skills
· Proven experience in LinkedIn growth and outreach.
· Strong understanding of social media marketing and organic audience growth.
· Excellent graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma.
· Ability to create visually appealing post creatives and YouTube thumbnails.
· Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
· Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
· Portfolio showcasing social media creatives, videos, and successful growth campaigns.
· Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and design is a plus.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
