Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Location: Pune
Domain : Manufacturing Industry.
Experience: 2– 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Order Processing & Documentation : Receive and verify customer purchase orders. Create and update sales orders in the SAP system. Prepare quotations, invoices, e-way bills, delivery notes, and other required documents. Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- 2. Internal Coordination: Liaise with planning, production, quality, and dispatch teams for timely completion and delivery of orders. Track order status and proactively update the sales team and customers. Coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning and execution.
- 3. Customer Portal & Compliance: Manage all customer portal activities: ASN generation, order updates, vendor registrations, and compliance submissions. Upload documents, invoices, and shipping details on portals as required by customers. Support NDA documentation and vendor registration processes.
- 4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and share MIS reports, order status reports, sales data, and customer account summaries on weekly and monthly basis. Maintain master files and trackers for orders, deliveries, and invoicing. Provide analytical inputs for sales forecasting and decision-making.
- 5. Sales Team Support: Support Sales Coordinators and Managers with data, documentation, and communication needs. Ensure all back-office operations are executed smoothly to enable customer-facing teams to focus on sales and relationship management.
- 6. Front-End Coordination: Coordinate with customers over calls and emails as directed by seniors. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups in line with internal instructions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
