Qualification & Experience
- B.V.Sc & A.H / M.V.Sc / B.Sc. Dairy Science / B.Sc. Animal Husbandry / Agriculture or related field
- 10–12 years of experience in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Products, Feed Additives or Dairy Farm Solutions
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for cattle supplements and feed additives
- Drive sales among dairy farmers, veterinarians, dealers and large farms
- Identify new business opportunities in key dairy clusters and progressive farming regions
- Conduct field demonstrations and on-farm trials to promote products
Farmer Engagement & Technical Support
- Conduct farmer meetings, village campaigns and influencer programs
- Provide technical guidance on ration balancing, feeding practices and supplement usage
- Address customer queries related to nutrition, milk yield, digestion and animal health
Channel Management
- Develop and manage a strong dealer and distributor network
- Ensure proper stock availability, demand forecasting and timely order execution
- Monitor dealer performance and provide training to channel partners
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies and new product launches
- Submit regular sales and market reports to management
