As we enter our aggressive 2026 expansion phase, we are moving away from traditional, fragmented marketing to a highly structured, AI-augmented "Content Factory". Our objective is to turn core financial wisdom and technical analytics into a single, intelligent, high-velocity media engine that acquires, nurtures, and converts traders at scale. We believe in absolute clarity, high energy, and execution with zero hand-holding.

You are the primary Distribution Hub and broadcast system of the entire company. No matter how great our video assets or written insights are, they are meaningless if they do not reach the audience with absolute consistency. In this role, you will own the publishing cadence for all fresh brand channels and the personal branding profiles of our leadership team.
This is an extraordinary opportunity to move past basic social media posting and learn real-world marketing infrastructure at scale. You will become a master of digital platform algorithms, community engagement psychology, and conversational automation funnels (such as ManyChat, WhatsApp engines, and Telegram loops). You will learn how to channel real-time organic "hype" directly into systematic business lead conversions.
## III. Deep-Dive Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media Publishing Engine
- Take full ownership of the daily, error-free scheduling and distribution of all core batch videos, modular ads, and written assets across fresh Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn handles.
- Manage a meticulous, highly disciplined content distribution calendar across the brand handles and the distinct personal profiles of the founders (Aditya, Raja, and Dr. C.K. Narayan).
- Craft highly optimized platform-specific hooks, hashtags, title tags, and descriptions to ensure maximum algorithmic reach on every post.
2. Complete Community Footprint Moderation
- Manage, monitor, and aggressively grow our primary user touchpoints, including our Telegram groups, WhatsApp broadcast lists, and interactive community networks.
- Run a consistent cadence of interactive community elements, including weekly trading polls, Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) alerts, and product feedback threads to maximize user retention.
- Maintain an exceptionally fast response time to community discussions, helping users find relevant tutorials, webinar links, or support resources quickly.
3. Funnel & Marketing Automation Coordination
- Connect and deploy our pre-built WebEasy email automation streams and chat-based webhook sequences to trigger personalized nudges for users.
- Set up automated chatbot flows using tools like ManyChat so that any user commenting on a founder's social media post is instantly funneled into a Free Trial workflow or registration page.
- Work closely with the internal team to track event notifications and assign lead scores based on community user behavior.
4. Organic Ecosystem Amplification
- Proactively distribute NeoTrader content snippets, case studies, and charts across external financial forums, Reddit subreddits, and active trader networks to grow our organic visibility.
- Coordinate scheduling logistics and guest outreach updates for our premium 'NeoTalks' Roundtable property.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of execution experience operating as a community moderator, social media executive, or funnel distribution coordinator.
- Platform Native Power: You live on social media platforms. You understand the hidden operational differences between an effective X thread, an engaging Instagram Reel description, and a high-reach LinkedIn post.
- Basic Automation Literacy: Highly eager and fast to learn platform automation tools (ManyChat, WhatsApp broadcast setups, Telegram channel integrations, and basic CRM tagging).
- High Digital Alertness: You spot viral patterns quickly and possess the speed to deploy content assets while a market trend is hot.
- Strong Interpersonal Vibe: Excellent, high-energy written communication skills. You can chat with traders confidently and handle public comments with maturity and poise.

- Strict Boundary: This is an absolute Work From Office (WFO) role. There is no remote, work-from-home, or hybrid structure available under any circumstances. Candidates living along the Harbour line with an easy commute to Vashi will be prioritized.
