Description:
- Coordinate the daily dispatch schedule based on customer orders and production availability.
- Ensure the correct picking, packing, and labeling of materials before they leave the premises.
- Perform physical verification of stocks against delivery orders to ensure zero errors in quantity or item types.
- Maintain accurate, real-time entries of incoming and outgoing stock in the ERP system or inventory registers.
- Liaise with external transporters, courier agencies, and freight forwarders to arrange appropriate vehicles.
- Negotiate freight rates where necessary and ensure vehicles arrive on schedule.
- Monitor vehicle loading operations to optimize space and ensure the safe transit of goods.
- Track shipments in transit and provide regular delivery updates to the sales and customer service teams.
