About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and energetic Content Creator who is passionate about creating engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, and social media content creation. This role requires someone who is flexible, proactive, and willing to travel with the CREO team for events, client visits, and outdoor shoots.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content for social media platforms.
- Create high-quality reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Travel with the CREO team to capture events, meetings, client interactions, and company activities.
- Edit videos using professional editing software while maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with marketing and branding objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, video formats, and editing styles.
- Manage video assets and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Capture professional photos and videos for digital marketing and employer branding initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation.
- Hands-on experience in video shooting and video editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of mobile content creation and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, camera angles, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to travel with the CREO team whenever required.
- Should be comfortable working outside regular office hours during events, campaigns, or urgent shoots.
- Must be flexible, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Own portfolio showcasing video editing and content creation work is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Film, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in content creation, video shooting, and editing.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
