Job Title: IELTS / PTE Trainer (English & Communication)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable English Trainer to coach students for IELTS, PTE, and Duolingo English Test, along with spoken English and communication skills. The ideal candidate can explain concepts clearly, keep students engaged, and help them achieve their target scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and one-on-one training for IELTS, PTE, and Duolingo aspirants
- Teach all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Run spoken English and communication skill-building sessions
- Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests
- Evaluate student performance, give feedback, and track progress
- Identify weak areas and provide targeted improvement strategies
- Motivate students and maintain a positive learning environment
- Stay updated on the latest exam patterns and scoring criteria
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (English or related field preferred)
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Prior experience training IELTS / PTE / Duolingo is a strong plus
- Own high band score (IELTS 7+ / equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
