We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in US Staffing.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and acquire direct clients in the US market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work with recruiters to fulfill IT and Non-IT staffing requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Track sales activities and business growth.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in US Staffing Business Development.
- Strong experience in client acquisition and account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT and Non-IT staffing.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
