Job Summary
Dyaz Innovate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to promote our healthcare software solutions to doctors, clinics, and hospitals across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a passion for healthcare sales, and the ability to achieve sales targets within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Dyaz Innovate's healthcare software solutions to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular field visits and product demonstrations to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports and sales activity records.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Support product awareness campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or healthcare software sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
Compensation & Benefits
- Month 1: 5% incentive on successful sales.
- From Month 2 onwards: ₹15,000 fixed salary per month + 5% sales incentive.
