We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Process Excellence Executive to optimize and streamline supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and vendor management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying process gaps, improving operational efficiency, driving SOP implementation, and supporting automation initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs across procurement, inventory, warehousing, dispatch, and logistics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehouse, finance, operations, and planning teams.
- Track key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, lead time, and vendor performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvement initiatives.
- Work on process automation and system improvement projects using ERP/CRM platforms.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process audits.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth operational execution.
Requirements * Strong understanding of supply chain operations and process optimization.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
