We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive / Trainer to promote Cignes Business Solutions and Cignes Academy through digital platforms while providing training and mentorship to internship students. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, managing social media presence, and conducting practical digital marketing training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Cignes Business Solutions and Cignes Academy.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Create engaging content, posters, reels, videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate leads for software solutions, training programs, internships, and certification courses.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Coordinate with the design and development teams for marketing activities.
- Improve online visibility through SEO, content marketing, and brand-building initiatives.
Training & Internship Management
- Conduct Digital Marketing training sessions for internship students and trainees.
- Guide students in practical assignments, live projects, and case studies.
- Train students in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Monitor student progress and provide mentorship throughout the internship period.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and career development sessions.
- Evaluate student performance and submit training reports.
