We are hiring a domestic sales person for our enclosures business.
Frigate runs a dedicated enclosures manufacturing program for energy infrastructure customers, with two operational Chennai facilities and a third under build. The pipeline is growing faster than our current sales bandwidth can convert.
The role:
- Own new customer acquisition for sheet metal enclosures across solar inverter, BESS, DC combiner, and industrial control applications in India
- Build relationships with EPC procurement, OEM sourcing, and design engineering teams
- Manage the full cycle from RFQ to PO to delivery handover
- Travel across the energy infrastructure customer base in Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad
- Work closely with our quality and execution team to ensure the customer experience matches the sales promise
Who fits:
- 3 to 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in sheet metal fabrication, enclosures, electrical panels, or adjacent industrial categories
- Strong technical comfort with sheet metal drawings, BOQs, and basic costing logic
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role requiring equal parts commercial and technical conversation
- Organized, willing to travel, and resilient on long sales cycles
