- Demonstrated experience in last-mile delivery operations within a quick commerce environment, with a strong understanding of hyperlocal logistics and fleet operations.
- Own and manage end-to-end multi-city fleet operations, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and consistent business performance across regions.
- Drive regional P&L ownership by monitoring costs, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining profitability targets.
- Validate and oversee invoicing, vendor billing, and driver payout processes to ensure financial accuracy and timely settlements.
- Manage fleet uptime by implementing preventive maintenance practices and minimizing vehicle downtime.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet OEMs, leasing partners, and operational vendors to ensure seamless fleet availability and support.
- Lead vendor performance management, including SLA monitoring, contract compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a minimum profitability margin of 30% across assigned regions through cost optimization, productivity improvements, and strategic resource planning.
- Optimize vehicle allocation and utilization by balancing demand, reducing idle time, preventing vehicle overutilization, and maximizing battery efficiency for EV fleets.
- Analyze operational data and key performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, enhance fleet productivity, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business, to execute strategic initiatives and improve overall fleet performance.
- Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple cities while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
