As the Front Office Manager, you will be the face of the hotel's hospitality operations. You will oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Bell Desk teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes, maximize room revenue through upselling, and maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the front office team (including Guest Relations Executives, Receptionists, and Bell Staff) to deliver flawless customer service.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily arrivals, departures, VIP protocols, and room assignments. Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.
- Guest Relations: Directly handle high-profile guests, resolve complex customer complaints gracefully, and ensure an excellent guest feedback score.
- Revenue & Inventory: Collaborate with the Revenue and Sales teams to manage room inventory, optimize occupancy rates, and drive front-desk upselling initiatives.
- Billing & Compliance: Monitor night audit reports, front desk cash handling, guest billing ledger accuracy, and ensure strict compliance with local safety and registration regulations (Form C, etc.).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in Hotel Front Office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Assistant Front Office Manager role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) like Eze Software or similar hospitality software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi..
- Strong problem-solving, grooming standards, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible shifts.
