ServiceNow Developer – ITOM / ITAM

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
- Build and maintain Discovery probes, sensors, and patterns.
- Implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) and integrate with third-party tools.
- Develop scripted REST APIs, Transform Maps, and data import workflows.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy, governance, and automation.
- Support full lifecycle delivery including development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements and solution delivery.
Key Skills
- ServiceNow development (ITOM / ITAM / CMDB)
- Discovery and Service Mapping
- JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
- REST API integrations
- Transform Maps and data import workflows
- ITIL / ITSM processes knowledge
Preferred Profile
- Experience in ServiceNow SAM or HAM modules.
- Knowledge of CMDB architecture and network fundamentals.
- Exposure to Performance Analytics and reporting.
- Experience in upgrade testing and platform maintenance.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
