Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
Handle order processing, billing queries, and service requests.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Meet response time and service quality targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
