Job Overview:
The Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for supporting the sales team from a functional, solution & commercial perspective in the Banking & Financial services deals / opportunities.
Requirements:
5 years Pre-Sales experience on Core Banking Solutions is mandatory.
Previous experience with FLEXCUBE is highly advantageous & desirable.
Prior experience in handling RFP’s-Bids-Tenders in Africa / Middle East would be an added advantage
Functional domain experience with product vendors, System Integrators or banks on core banking applications like FLEXCUBE, Finacle, T24, etc would be an added advantage
Relationship Management experience with Financial Services Customers, either in a Pre-Sales or Delivery role (eg as a Consultant or Project Lead) is an added advantage
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
Understand client business needs / requirements & propose a solution for prospective customers by working closely with Sales teams
Respond to RFP / RFI (Request For Proposal / Information) for Core Banking and Digital Banking Systems
Managing the Bid in liaison with the different teams to ensure successful submission of bids to prospective customers.
Leads all aspects of the pre- sales process from responding to functional / technical RFP responses and writing & reviewing winning proposals
Ability to drive the bid management process by understanding the contents of the RFP and advise internal and external clients on overall solution.
