Required Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Total understanding of US Visa (Citizens, Those authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are encouraged to apply, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders) and Tax terms (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
Understanding of basic IT concepts (to understand the requirements)
Excellent resume sourcing/searching skills from job boards.
Needs to be very good with Boolean searching.
Excellent in quick turnaround time.
Expert negotiator and communicator.
