HR Executive – Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and hiring plans.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required by management.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
- Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee relations matters.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
