Entrepreneur in Residence — Ayurveda Venture Lead

The Role
VrozartX is building an Ayurveda venture and we need the person to lead it. Not manage it — lead it. You will own the direction, the growth, and the outcomes of an existing venture inside India's first AI-native studio, with Vrozart Group's technology, mentorship, and network behind you from day one.
No prior business experience required. What is required is genuine knowledge of Ayurveda, a commercial instinct, and the drive to build something real.
What You Will Do
- Own the venture's strategy, product direction, and revenue growth end to end
- Understand and map the Ayurveda market in India — practitioners, customers, competitors, regulatory environment under AYUSH
- Build the customer pipeline personally in the early stage — this is a hands-on, in-market role
- Work with Vrozart's technology and AI team to bring modern infrastructure to the venture
- Shape the brand — what it stands for and who it is for
- Report directly to the CEO with full accountability for what the venture becomes
Who We Are Looking For
You have a serious, informed relationship with Ayurveda — not a passing interest. You have studied it, practised it, or lived it. You can talk about it with depth and you care about getting it right.
Beyond that: you want to build, you think commercially, and you are willing to be in the market — meeting practitioners, customers, and partners in person rather than working from a desk.
Relevant backgrounds include BAMS or Ayurvedic medicine qualifications, nutrition or integrative health, business or marketing, or any experience running an independent commercial initiative however small. None of these are requirements.
