Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products such as bread, rolls, croissants, muffins, cakes, and other pastries according to standard recipes and guidelines.
- Follow daily production schedules and ensure all baked goods are prepared on time and with consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station and equipment in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Properly store all bakery ingredients and products and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure mise-en-place is complete before service.
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and company guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of all bakery techniques and trends.
- Report any equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
