Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured coaching sessions for students across different age groups.
- Develop technical skills, physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Prepare students for CBSE Cluster, District, State, and National-level competitions.
- Plan training schedules and monitor student performance.
- Ensure safety standards during practice sessions and tournaments.
- Promote discipline, confidence, and a positive sporting culture.
Qualifications
- Relevant coaching certification in Football or Taekwondo.
- Degree/Diploma in Physical Education is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience, preferably in a school.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Passion for working with children and nurturing sporting talent.
