Job Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Wellness Counsellor to guide clients on their health journey using Ayurvedic principles. The ideal candidate will understand client concerns, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with clients via calls, chat, or video consultations
- Understand client health concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals Recommend suitable Ayurvedic treatments, products, and lifestyle changes
- Educate clients about Ayurvedic practices, diet plans, and daily routines (Dinacharya) Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Follow up with clients to track improvement and ensure adherence to recommendations Collaborate with internal teams (doctors, nutritionists, sales) for better service delivery Upsell relevant wellness products/services in a consultative manner
- Handle client queries and provide empathetic support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda, Nutrition, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in wellness counselling, healthcare, or customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Ayurveda and holistic wellness practices
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms
Pay: ₹11,060.03 - ₹40,000.00 per month
