About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and caring Pre-Primary Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education and be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess students' progress and maintain records.
- Encourage creativity through storytelling, music, art, games, and hands-on learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, learning materials, and educational resources.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, D.El.Ed., Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary school is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and compassionate personality.
- Basic computer skills for lesson planning and documentation.
