Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production operations to ensure efficient processes, high-quality output, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production activities and schedules
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Optimize resources to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor performance and prepare reports
- Lead and supervise production staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 1-2 years of production/manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
