We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide remote technical assistance to international customers. The candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues while delivering excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac-related issues
- Diagnose and resolve printer installation and connectivity problems
- Handle router, internet, and networking-related issues
- Provide remote support using tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and UltraViewer
- Assist customers with software installation and configuration
- Document support cases and resolutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Understanding of printers, routers, and basic networking
- Experience with remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, UltraViewer)
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle international customers professionally
