Summary The Sales Head – Institutional Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for the company's frozen food portfolio across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés (HoReCa), Corporate Catering, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), Cloud Kitchens, and Food Service Channels. The role will focus on building a high-performing sales team, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding distribution networks, and achieving profitable sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Education
- MBA in Sales & Marketing / Business Management preferred
- Graduate in Business, Food Technology, Hospitality Management or related discipline Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Institutional Sales / HoReCa Sales
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
