Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Back Office Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and visiting government offices, banks, or client locations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back office and administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital documents.
- Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
- Visit government offices, banks, vendors, or client locations for official work when required.
- Collect and submit documents as assigned.
- Maintain records of field visits and completed tasks.
- Assist in office operations and other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Mandatory Requirement
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike).
- Valid two-wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
- Should be willing to travel locally for official work.
- Good knowledge of local routes will be an added advantage.
