Role Overview
This is a fast-track entry-level role designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and sales. You will be trained to identify business opportunities, pitch customized software and AI solutions, and drive revenue from both Indian and international markets.
If you are a self-driven communicator who wants to learn the ropes of global B2B tech sales from the ground up, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: Identify and target potential business clients through LinkedIn, outbound campaigns, professional networking platforms, and referrals.
- Market Expansion: Research and reach out to businesses across India and international markets (US, Middle East, Europe, etc.).
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Learn and own the entry-level sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation and qualification to pitching and scheduling closure meetings.
- Requirement Gathering: Connect with prospective clients to understand their software or business needs, coordinating directly with our internal tech and product teams to map out solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and highly active sales pipeline.
- Relationship Building: Network with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers to build long-term corporate relationships.
Who Can Apply? (Required Skills & Education)
- Education: MBA, BBA, B.Tech/BE, BCA, BSc (IT), or any graduate with a strong interest in building a long-term career in IT Sales/Business Development.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: A basic understanding of software development services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, or Enterprise apps). A curiosity or foundational interest in AI/ML solutions is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to comfortably pitch to corporate clients.
- Negotiation & Grit: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
