Senior AI Content Writer and Editor

We are looking for a Senior AI Content Writer and Editor who doesn’t just push a button and pray. We need someone who treats AI as a brilliant, but messy, first draft writer and you are the expert editor who turns that draft into gold.
You will sit at the intersection of creativity and technical precision. Your primary mission is to take AI-generated drafts and rip them apart (in a good way) to rebuild them into high-quality, insightful, and rank-worthy content. When AI can’t capture the nuance, you’ll step in to hand-write pieces from scratch. You are the quality control gatekeeper, the insights generator, and the operational backbone of our content team.
Here is exactly what you will be doing:
- Edit AI-generated drafts meticulously - fact-checking claims, restructuring clunky paragraphs, and adding depth to ensure every piece is accurate, engaging, and polished.
- Humanize content by removing robotic phrasing, repetitive sentence structures, and generic fluff, injecting personality, storytelling, and real-world examples instead.
- Hand-write content from scratch when the topic requires a unique voice, a sensitive touch, or complexity that AI simply cannot capture.
- Provide topic suggestions when asked by the team lead, drawing from your understanding of industry trends, audience interests, and content gaps.
- Infuse content with your own strategic insights to help it rank on Google, going beyond surface-level keywords to add real value.
- Optimize content for modern search landscapes, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) , so our content gets pulled by AI overviews, chatbots, and search engines alike.
- Craft expert-level, multi-step prompts for generative AI tools—going far beyond basic inputs—to get the highest quality raw drafts possible.
- Leverage your deep, hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini (minimum 1.5 years of active use) to choose the right model for the right task and maximize efficiency.
- Serve as a support extension to the team lead, stepping in to handle operational tasks, coordinate workflows, or troubleshoot urgent content needs when the lead is unavailable.
- Stay highly detail-oriented, catching outdated statistics, missing transitions, weak arguments, or any inconsistencies that could compromise quality.
Adapt quickly to task assignments provided by the team lead at the start of each day, ensuring priorities are met without missing a beat.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
